« Dans l’ensemble, notre séjour s’est bien déroulé. Toutefois, nous avons été très déçus par le service au restaurant, jugé insuffisant, ainsi que par la qualité des plats proposés. Le personnel du service d’étage, en particulier lors des commandes de repas, ne s’est pas montré à la hauteur de nos attentes. En revanche, nous tenons à souligner l’accueil remarquable à la réception : l’équipe s’est montrée à la fois professionnelle, disponible et très coopérative. »
