Disappointing stay. A 5-star hotel is false advertising. The Wi-Fi is poor and slow, and I can't use it for work or entertainment. The room has outdated technology. For example, the TV isn't smart, so you can’t use your streaming accounts. Other guests smoke on a non-smoking floor and cook, and the smell invades your room. Housekeeping is bothered when you ask for help. Breakfast is below average and limited (a 5-star hotel without a proper coffee machine for example). But the gym is great. Don’t recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing and “luxurious” stay.

All in all the first grand hotel was a spectacular success for us. Beautiful lobby, super breakfast, clean rooms that are tidied regularly, comfortable beds, very gracious staff from the doorman to the manager. Highly recommended.
