Driving times vary depending on the time of day, it's best to check your mobile map app when you arrive. Renting a car is highly recommended. Or you can pre-arrange private transportation for your group from the airport as taxis are quite expensive. Private transport vans can take 8-10 passengers with luggage. Other Things to Note: Electricity is expensive here, so please help save energy by using the AC only when needed, closing all windows and doors when it's on, and shutting it off every time you leave. A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short-term rentals (2-27 nights). Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 mxn/kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 nights or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check-out for any additional consumption. We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out. Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $50; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($100 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $50 will be charged. There’s an extra charge for additional guests/visitors over the capacity of the property. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only. Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker! HOUSE RULES \- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. \- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. \- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds. \- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. \- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. \- Pets are not allowed. Interaction with Guests: The place is self-check-in using the lockbox to access the door key. The lockbox code will be provided to you before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week. The apartment is roomy and comfortable. It is clean, in good condition, and decorated simply and tastefully. We came here for a working vacation and really appreciate the spaciousness that allowed us to spread out when we needed privacy to work. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, so we could easily make meals and cook at home. The porch off the primary bedroom is enclosed as a den and it is very comfortable. The condo complex has lovely grounds, good places to sit comfortably and talk with others, and a couple of connected pools with very pretty natural surroundings. The hosts are responsive, friendly, and communicative. I can't say enough good things about them! The condominium management also has a reception office on property that is helpful and friendly. The residents were so friendly and welcoming. It really was like home away from home. ##### Paula O.
