#### We never stayed at property-owner went mia

We attempted to rent this place for New Years traveling from the US..after reaching out to the owner/manager twice we finally called Vrbo..they told us we needed to wait until 4pm before they could help..unfortunately my husband and I had also gotten the flu and had no where to go..so ended up parking in a gas stay room parking lot until our check in time..when 4pm came we attempted to reach out to re book elsewhere and by then there were no other places to stay given the timing..this was the worst experience ever-ended up cutting our trip short and left a horrible feeling for us all around..I really can’t believe this can happen.
