This welcoming 3 bedroom home is just feet from the Sand Run Metro Park. This calming scenic home offers everything needed for a home away from home. There is a bar, video game, fireplace, the lower level family room, upper level family room, dining room. and large laundry room with washer/dryer/folding area offers convivence for cleaning clothes. A full kitchen with coffee and tea bar provides a stylish place to meet the needs of all guests to make meals at the home rather than eating out. Full privacy with an outdoor firepit for rest and relaxation.
For added comfort, each bedroom features a queen bed for a good night's sleep. With amenities like a washing machine, AC, and WiFi, guests can relax and feel at home. The 2 bathrooms offer a bathtub and a hair dryer for added convenience. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a sofa bed for extra guests.
