I'll start by saying I'm not one to complain about minor things but this was terrible. The room was extremely dirty. We found a FINGERNAIL on the floor as well as an empty drink container so it very obviously was not cleaned well. The walls are super thin and it was so loud. I was woken up to a drunk woman yelling 'hibachi' over and over in the hallway at 3:30 in the morning. 0/10, not a good time.

I will start with there were no clean towels on a Saturday so I couldn’t shower until late afternoon. The door handle on the bathroom door broke and nobody even came to look at it let alone fix it. So we had to keep the door open while using the bathroom. The window did not lock we had to wedge a hanger I. The slide so nobody could open it. The pool room was filthy. And again no towels at the pool. There is more but I will just say I will never stay here again.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Numerous food places within a mile. Good breakfast. Nice and clean hot tub and pool. Satisfied with my stay.

The place is old but is in good condition. Staff is friendly and helpful especially the man who does breakfast, such a genuine dude. The hot tub is clean and well maintained, helped me relax after a long day of travel.

The place is quiet and clean. The front desk staff is polite and generous. They inform about the policies and the amenities in a detailed manner. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping mall near by. So overall its a nice place to stay with a decent rate.

DO NOT COME HERE!!
DO NOT COME HERE!!! This hotel was absolutely disgusting!! We had zero heat in our room and zero hot water!! After filing a complaint with Hotels.com and them filing a complaint to the Baymont Manager and request for reimbursement, the baymont refused to reimburse use and Hotels.com for the remaining two nights!! Avoid this place!! Don’t learn the hard way 4hrs from home like we did!!

Not even for the price is a fair statement. I had 2 rooms and my room the beds was not put together actually had the last stay sheets in a pile on the bed. Then the change to the next room there was dirt splats on the wall. Broke lamp shades. The doors to the rooms are dirty. Basic cleansleness what’s not acceptable.

House keepers do not service the rooms on the weekends. The first room we were given had a bed cover with a stain on it and I pullled it back and there was another stain that looked like a poop stain. We were given a new room and the room was very dusty. The bed headboard top and shelf for the towels in the bathroom and the shelf under the sink were all visibly dusty. The electronic lock for the door took about 5-6 swipes of the key to get the lock to open.

The hotel was dirty, someone’s hair was all in the shower still, bugs under mattress complained to the front desk. Nobody did anything. I would like somewhat of a refund for this terrible experience. Still waiting to hear something back before posting the pictures of the room

Bathroom was filthy, last occupants body hair and soap were still in the bathroom. Dirt on the shower walls. Third floor smells heavily of stale smoke and tobacco stained curtains and lampshades in room.

Thank you to Baymont Hall of Fame for being there when I needed a place to stay. It was so easy to book, find and check in. Everything went smoothly. The room had a King bed, microwave and fridge. At first I thought the kid at desk must have made a mistake because for what I paid I did not think I would get more than a bed and bathroom with a shower. Nice King sized room and bathroom with tub and shower plus free breakfast too. I should have emptied the ice chest and used fridge but I was too tired. Only regret is I couldn't stay long enough to enjoy the indoor pool...next time...when I can bring the kids! According to the kid at check in they are under new management. So if it looks rough in places that means it will look even better next time.

Hidden bargain found at last minute. Needed to get some sleep and found the Baymont in Canton by accident. Facility is under new management so they are going through some growing pains but nothing too bad. My room was available (even at a late check in) it was clean, quiet and most of all the bed was soft. Much better and safer than sleeping in the car. Plus I got a hot shower and breakfast before driving again. Appreciated the little things like a real person at check-in asking if everything was ok and to call front desk (even at late check in hour) if I did need anything else. Good to know you can still get good customer service and stay someplace safe and clean without spending a million dollars.

Unbelievably efficient. My last minute reservation was no problem for them. The young man at the front desk was professional and extremely helpful when I asked "dumb traveler" questions about where to get food late night and was also happy to hear breakfast was included in morning. Don't believe crap reviews from disgruntled guests. I normally don't add comments but after seeing some decided that they need to have Positivity too. Nothing to complain about enjoyed the stay and appreciated the extra time TK gave a tired hungry road warrior. He also told me the new management is working on improving the entire place. Again, nothing to complain about the bed was comfortable, shower was hot and I enjoyed being able to have Hot Coffee and better than average choices for "free breakfast". Will stay again and may bring the Mrs and make it a vaca trip to Football HOF next time.

The mattress looks like it is 20 years old. It is a firm old school spring mattress with a pillow top cover. It was not comfortable. The shower was dirty and had mold.

The hotel had chipped painted and holes cut into the everywhere. They do not enforce rules like no yelling in hallways or no smoking. Our entire floor smelled of pot and cigarette smoke. Old food was left in the hallway by other guest. Towels at the pool are not provided. Employees were not friendly.
