When i checked in everybody was nice but when i got to my room the flooring and ends of the walls were torn , The bathroom toilet leaked && when i would call the front desk for towels and rags they would have me come downstairs for them and i am 8 months pregnant. that was unacceptable

The room was nice, but our first room, our shower didnt work, phone didnt work also.. then was moved to a second room, the heat didnt work, so they moved us for a third time, was satisfied with room but still no working phone.

I was in the shower. The water turned scolding hot, causing me to jump and slip and fall in the shower. I busted my chin wide open and went dizzy and laid out in the shower. Luckily my friend was there with me to come to my rescue. I was taken to the hospital and got a total of 6 stitches. I AM MORE THAN UPSET!!! I’ve told them about the hot water before. This scar will be on my face for life.

I would never stay here again the elevator never worked or my card key never worked the vending machines never worked the stsff was rude housekeeping kept walking in unannounced they weren’t accommodating at all i want a full refund.

Wasn’t bad it’s in a good location but the rooms were a bit dingy. My bathroom shelf was broken and hanging on by a thread. The remote to the tv wasn’t working properly And my dead bolt was broken.

Booked this property for 3 nights for a business trip, checking in very late the first night. Immediately upon entering the room, the room did not resemble the pictures at all. Incredibly dirty and unkept. Moldy caulk around the tub, dirty linens, door did not open/close properly, or lock. Wifi did not work either. If it wasnt so late I would have checked out immediately. Given the time of night, I chose to check out in the morning and found other accommodations.

It was clean and staff were friendly and responsive, however guest that were staying there played music really loud from 4am until 10 am and there were guest that were arguing. Management did intervene. We did not get housekeeping done. However, i am not sure if its policy to ask for it first
