Only issue was the shampoo was either empty or the pump was broken. A very minor inconvenience to an otherwise excellent visit.

I always stay here when visiting home for Thanksgiving. Good price for the condition of the property and friendliness of staff. However, the continental breakfast is barely that so be sure to make other breakfast plans.

Family was in for a special birthday celebration. Daughter has 2 children under 5 yrs. A "Pack n play" was provided for baby with an adjoining room for the adults.The kids loved the pool, not to mention adults! The in-house restaurant is a local favorite with a nice bar, happy hour & restaurant with an eclectic menu which is well prepared & reasonably priced. The staff are all pleasant, responsive & welcoming. We had a lovely weekend visit.

Girls Weekend Trip
Very lucky to get a room last minute. Loved the location as it was not a far drive to Blossom Music Center. Room was very clean, hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. Though it was a full house, it was surprisingly quiet in our room. Would definitely stay there again if in the Akron/Cuyahoga Falls area.

This is a great property and located across from some nice restaurants (PF Chang and First Watch). The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous.

Not what it used to be. It’s such a shame. It’s the best hotel in Akron. No maid service at all until I asked for it and they didn’t come till 5 o’clock in the day. The restaurant is a disgrace it used to be phenomenal the one area that I thought was very lovely. Is the area around the outdoor pool. Also, the location cannot be beat.

Great clean place. Very spacious. Got 2 suite rooms and one wasn’t ready till 6:00. Minor inconvenience. 2nd room wasn’t what i had ordered online so i was a bit p’d but overall great place. Will stay again. Wish restaurant prices were a lil cheaper. Stay at hotel but go elsewhere to eat.

Pool was dirty, stains on the comforters of the beds, stains on the couch, stains on the walls around the toilets, all ice machines were broken in the entire hotel apparently. For $500 for 2 nights I definitely won’t be staying at this Hilton location again.

My family and I checked in at 1:30 am. We went to the room and the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. They moved the room, staff went before to make sure it was clean. However, the bathroom still had dirty wash clothes in the shower, urine stains on the toilet, and hair in the sink. The $16 dollar breakfast was nothing more than a greasy continental breakfest.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, I was disappointed that the hot tub they list in amenities and show in their pictures was filled in - this was one of the reasons we booked and we were looking forward to the hot tub. We also booked a room with a bathtub and that didn't happen and the room safe wasn't working. BUT the fitness room was very good!
