Hello Ivan. I'm sorry you were disappointed with our internet access. We have complimentary high speed internet through Spectrum so purchasing additional is not necessary. I'm not sure why you would not have had access to it but I apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

Hello Anita. Thanks for the review Sorry about the lighting. The sign at the top of the street does not have a light and we did have to replace some bulbs out front. Thanks for the heads up. As far as breakfast goes, I think you just missed some of the options that were available. We always have 2 types of fresh fruit as well as a cereal dispenser with 3 options 2-3 choices of yogurt are available as well. The reason staff serves the hot options to our guests is due to a recommendation by the Medina County Board of Health. They suggested limiting the number of people handling the utensils and food covers.I'm pleased that you were happy with your accommodations. I'll pass along your comments about the cleanliness to the housekeeping department. It's so nice to hear positive feedback. Thank you.
