we had a toilet that didn’t flush and over flowed and were told nothing could be done till the morning just to be woken up at 1230 am wanting to move us because the water was leaking into the guest room below us. no compensation and still waiting for manager to call back. also i am a rewards member

Id stay again. Clean and comfortable.
Very comfortable and would stay again, but not a 9.6 rating hotel. The sheets, pillows, mattress and temperature controls were very comfortable and clean which is the most important. However, it is an old hotel lacking modern updates such as heavier bathroom door, and bathroom door handle, interior lights and clothing/suitcase storage such as benches and hooks. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. The breakfast tasted good, had eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles and more but didn't have as much variety as other free breakfasts. The breakfast area was kept clean but no one was around to provide additional attention.

Comfortable and affordable
This hotel seems a little older but my room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good, and staff were friendly. Sone wear and tear noticeable in my room- a large section of paint crackling/peeling off the wall above the shower, pieces of the loveseat cushion fraying, but these didn’t really affect my stay, and were definitely easy to overlook given the lower price of this hotel compared to others. I did use the fitness room, which had a treadmill, stationary bike, and hand weights.

I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN THEY INNITIALLY GAVE ME AN OCCUPIED ROOM AND THEY ALSO DID THE SAME ROOM TO ANOTHER LADY. CARPET FILTHY AND STAINED, WALLS DIRTY, PLASTER COMING DOWN FROM CEILING BY WINDOW, TUB IN TERRIBLE CONDITION WITH CRACKED AND CHIPPED PORCELIN, TUB FAUCET LEAKED AND TUB WAS ALSO DIRTY. OUT OF 5 STARS THIS HOTEL DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A 1. I'M NOT A PERSON LOOKING FOR FANCY, ALL I NEED IS CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION.
