Outdated room and hotel, heating/air did not work. It continually ran, we had to unplug the unit. We could not gather in the lobby area to socialize after 10pm. Front staff was rude. Hotel had a strong food smell.

Amazing stay! The workers here are awesome, so kind, hard working, personable and ready to help with whatever need arose. Our microwave was not working and they made it a priority to get this fixed promptly, and worked so hard. The breakfast had so many different options and the workers were again amazing. The front desk workers were welcoming and helpful and personable as well. And there is soooo much around this area, especially restaurant choices and it was very close to our volleyball tournament. I would recommend a fan in the work out room for better air flow but otherwise our stay was perfect!

No maintenance person on premises
We got to our room and there was a smoke alarm chirp coming from the hotel hall . Asked the front desk if someone could fix it and the desk guy came up with a bad excuse that if it wasnt in our room they couldnt do anything about it . And that the temperature was cold outside so it does it all the time. Offering no help or solution. Instead of fight with him I walked away . The next person approached with the same issue and he gave them the same nonsense . Would not recommend for comfort reasons and safety reasons. If they cant even fix a smoke alarm battery!

The staff went out of its way to be helpful and always pleasant. When I told the front desk how much I enjoyed the complementary toiletries they arranged to give me extra ones to take home. The breakfast was far above the standard these days. The attendants made sure the food was plentiful and the dining area clean and orderly.

As someone who travels on a weekly basis for business, I stay in a lot of hotels. This Best Western Plus was by far one of the best all around places I have stayed in. From the staff, to cleanliness and value, I give it an excellent rating and will be back again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an adequate array of items to choose from. The hotel is located in a major shopping/dining area of Canton. While not walkable, it's within a 5 minute drive of many options. I would definitely stay here again.

Good place. No safety concerns. Clean.
Good for the price. Will stay again. However, carpets could use a good steam cleaning. Heating and AC were very quiet. Bed was fine. May need to ask for additional towels at check in as a king room only has two sets. Even for two people we sometimes need three large towels so keep that in mind.

This hotel is a surprise. It's been updated and is very clean. Breakfast was standard eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, breads, sweets, fruit, yogurt plus a few other things.
