I was initially disappointed because the fireplace wasn't working. That issue was quickly resolved after I contacted the host. The sleep number beds didn't work. And, the hot tub looked as if it hadn't been cared for (unclean), so I didn't get in. The tarp overhead was hanging, so we left it alone and remained inside :-(The hot tub and fireplace were the main amenities that I wanted when I booked this location to celebrate my birthday. While I wasn't completely satisfied, my guests seemed to enjoy themselves. I also felt misled once I reached the checkout. The site advertises no hidden fees, but there were. And, they were big fees at that! The cleaning fee, the customer service fee, and the security fee. All were astronomical and should have been described up front.
