An ideal place to come home to after a long day.
We stayed at Secret Garden Resort for 4D/3N. The place exceeded our expectation! The room was sooo clean! The toilet has flush and bidet. They also have hot and cold shower! Has a whole bidy mirror. Balcony that offers a full view of the garden. My mom loves plants and this place did not disappoint! It feels great to end your tiring day welcomed by their staffs who were very approchable. They offer hot water for free which is a plus point for us coffee lovers! I am definitely going to recommend this place to my friends. Will be back here for sure! ❤️😊

It’s a nice place to spend vacation with someone in boracay coz it’s a quiet place, clean, near d’mall and staff were accommodating. I recommend this place to everyone. See u again secret garden😀

I love the homey atmosphere. The room was very spacious and we were upgraded to a deluxe room with complete amenities. It is a budget-friendly hotel. The location is perfect coz it is right at the middle of everything. It's also near to restaurants and D'mall.

Bad WiFi but good everything else
It's a clean and quiet hotel. The garden is nice but lots of mosquitoes around and can sneak in your room easily. WiFi is horribly slow, like 0.07mps for downloading and none for uploading at full signal. I had to switch to data on cellphone. It's better not to provide WiFi at all than providing useless wifi as it's misleading. Other than that everything else is good.

Worst hotel where been in Boracay
The stay was not good because even reported to Hotels.com there was not TV working and also WI-Fi was out of work. I do not recommend this hotel. Hotel personells did not care to get TV and WI-FI working.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Very comfortable, the staff was very friendly. Its only a 2 minute walk to D’mall and the beach where you find all the shops and restaurants. Only downside was the Wi-fi in the hotel was very very slow I couldn’t connect from my room and had to go out to the balcony. Aside from this a highly recommended hotel for a very affordable price.

Best place to stay in Boracay
The hotel staff was awesome. In spite of major screw ups by hotels.com, Secret Garden was extremely accommodating and went well beyond in trying to fix a problem which was not their doing. Excellent customer service.

Excellent Location, Near Everything!
The Resort is centrally located on the island which makes it easy to get virtually anywhere. It is less than 5 minutes to the beach from the resort through D'Mall. The staff are very accomdating and will help you to find what you need. There is food and drink available onsite or within a minute walk. The price for the room with the accessibility that was offered was great value and I would use this resort for my family again.

I"ll definetly get back to the place. The people are very nice. They transfer us in an individual rooms without any additional cost. Their food is also good. I will surely recomment this to the other travelers. Its a 5 mins walk to the beach, not bad actually.

Great but room for improvement at breakfast sets
Hotel is slightly off (2 junctions) from the main shopping stretch (D'Mall) and the beach. Got a little lost on the first attempt but was good thereafter. Hotel staffs and their service were excellent, helping us make phonecalls to and fro several parties when we got 'conned' by the tour guide and the museum who stood us up. Hotel room was clean and a good size for two paxs. As I wanted two single beds which they didn't have, they provided us with a Queen + a Single to make up for it. Toilet was very clean, beds were good and aircon was cold and comfortable. Room came with a balcony to just rest and relax during the nights. Breakfast 'set' was one meat (sweet sour pork, beef or fish) + egg + rice, with a tea or coffee. More room for improvements could be made on the breakfast set, eg. vegetables/chicken on the meal + fruits would be good.

I loved the staff here they were very nice and made my stay here very comfortable. This hotel is near the beach but right next to DMall in Station 1 so it is very conveniently located. I will stay here again when I come back to Boracay.

Good location
Great location close to DMall where everything happens in Boracay. 10 minutes walk to beach. Staff friendly. Rooms are ok. We stayed 7 nights and they never changed our sheets which we would have expected, but I think if you asked they would do it for you. Aircon worked well. Hot shower. Decent size room. Decent stay on a budget. Breakfast is an acquired taste, cold curry or something similar, all the Philippinos eat it :)

Dear Ms. Helen, Warm greeting's from Secret Garden Resort! Thank you so much for email. We have standard procedure that upon check-in we advise our guest that we will clean the room upon request, if you will not advise the office to clean your room no one will enter your room. Because before we do it everyday but we have some guest that they don't want. Hoping for kind consideration..

Great location, shame about housekeeping
Great location and cheap room. WIFI in room was OK but sometimes cut out. We had to ask the hotel to clean our room during our 7 nights because they do not automatically clean your room. In a week they never actually changed our sheets for new ones, which we would have expected at least once. Hotel staff are friendly and as I said the location is great, only 5 minutes walk from D-Mall which is basically where it all happens in Boracay..Bars, Food, Beach etc.. Breakfast is cold curried meat with rice..the locals seem to like it, but we just ate out. On the whole a decent stay on a budget, good for those traveling or a budget couple like us.
