Impressive transportation accommodation from and to the airport with private vans and motor boats. All the staffs are courteous and helpful. Most of all, breakfast is superb.

We love Mandarin Island Hotel in Boracay. VIP treatment from arrival airport shuttle pick up to the tourism office, to boat ride and shuttle ride to the hotel, and when we reached the hotel, their staff greeted us warmly with fresh face towel & welcoming drinks. We were upgraded to an Executive suite without any extra fees. We were treated like a VIP, from the airport arrival, to our stay, to the check out and back to airport departure. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. Shout out to Mrs Po- the humble General manager, Jeff, guest relations officer, to ALL the front desk staff, Room attendants and the restaurant attendants, they're all dedicated, hardworking and very respectful staffs. Keep up the good work and thank you ALL for the EXCELLENT service you provided to us first timers, and we'll make sure to go back to Boracay and stay at Mandarin Island Hotel.

Friendly and very accommodating staffs. They greet you with a smile every time they see you, and response quickly to services. Room is clean with hair dryer, lotions, razors, soaps, shower hairnets, robes, slippers, umbrellas, bags, electric water heater for coffee and teas provided, 2 bottles of refillable water, mini refrigerator conceals in a cabinet. Excellent breakfast with daily varieties.

This was our 1st time in Boracay. We stayed here for 3 nights. Very welcoming & attentive staff, always willing to provide assistance. Especially GM Ms Lily Po. She even gave us a little history of the property & updates of Boracay. Great service with transportation to/from airport. Great location as well being beachfront. Eventhough, it’s busy outside of resort, it’s quiet inside our room once window/door is closed. Good food selection for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Centrally located in Station 2 by the beach, close to shops, restaurants and water activities. Courteous and responsive staff to all our needs. We walked around and checked out other hotels and evening entertainment but ended up right back at the hotel. This is now our go to hotel every time we come to Boracay. We met the GM, Lily, who was very nice and asked us for any feedback on how to improve things. We were honest and told her about the noise from the guests above us on our last night. She was apologetic and said the party was suppose to end at 11pm. That was the only spoiler. Otherwise, everything was great!

I love this hotel so perfect and peaceful and the chef Len made the best food wow !! Everything was very nice will come back again I do recommend this hotel if you stay in Boracey !

Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly, all the time! It’s a great location to everything and beach is right there! Breakfast was ok, was pretty much the same daily so did get boring. I would absolutely stay again if the live music ended earlier, maybe 9-930. 11pm is just too late when it’s so loud in the room

Over all the our stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and accommodating, courteous and friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had - outside the shower floor floods every time we take a shower, the ceiling above the toilet started leaking and the air conditioning keeps turning off.

Property is working on improving the hotel entrance (kind of non-existent at the moment), but aside from not having a grand entrance, we were greeted with a refreshing drink and hand towels upon arrival so don't worry about this because our overall experience was still great. The hotel staff and managers are very friendly and courteous. Our room was spacious and had comfortable beds. We even got a free comb, toothbrush, lotion and slippers as room amenities for each room guests. The swimming pool was great for a refreshing night swim. Hotel is located at station 2 access to other restaurants and nightlife was easy. I especially loved the direct access to the beach since this is a beachfront hotel. The on-site restaurant (Don Vito) served delicious meals. Food was nicely plated, fairly priced and very tasty. Lastly, the roundtrip transfer from air-sea-hotel was the BEST! I provided our fligjt and guest details to the hotel and they help coordinated private transfer for us. The fees are same as with other transfer companies, except we got VIP service. Once I booked my room via Expedia, the hotel emailed me to inquire if I needed help with transfers. I am so happy I went with their service vs any other !!!! Legit, no hassle, private and VIP.

Beach front property, easy walking distance to D’Mall, situated along station 2, so it’s very busy and can be loud at night. We enjoyed our stay, 10/10, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Staff had also recommended Ms Gretchen for the beach activities, all for amenable prices. Would highly recommend Ms Gretchen for the water activities, we did parasailing, helmet diving and island tour with snorkeling. Would definitely go back and stay at Mandarin in the future. -Sam&Joy

We arrived at the airport on Monday morning, and the hotel van was waiting for us. Overall very efficient service, and would recommend paying the little extra to have the airport pickup. They take care of all fees, you don’t need to haggle and search for drives. We had the drive to the bay, where a hotel boat picked us up and took us to the island, where another hotel van was waiting. This was door to door service. The staff were top notch the entire way. The same was true for the return trip back as well. Now at the Hotel, we were greeted by even more incredibly friendly staff, with cool wet clothes, and a very delicious pineapple drink. Even though we were early, they let us store our luggage on sight while we walked around the beautiful white powder sand beach. Check in was at 2pm, we arrived around 930. We were early to say the least. We decided to take a snooze on the beach and received a call at 11 saying the room was ready! Excellent! They brought our luggage up to the room and gave us a tour. The room had one of the best beach views in the building. Besides the Uber expensive rooms of course. We had a top floor with two balconies. The views and atmosphere were excellent. There is live music through the day and night. These guys (and gals) are very talented! You know they are good when you have people singing along! Would I go back to this place? YES I would, but I would want the same room if possible. Would I recommend this place? Most definitely. It has the prefect

The entire staff really cares about your comfort. June, the supervisor, and his team really put customer service as a priority 👏. The hotel is located in a very central spot and is very close to lots of restaurants and stores. Beautiful spot to see the sunset and is a 15 minute walk to the other side of the island where you can see the sunrise. Great beach hotel and would highly recommend.
