La situation est idéal, à 7 mn en voiture d' Ajaccio, à 2 mn à pieds des merveilleuses plages des sanguinaires. Nous recommandons fortement ce rez de villa de standing et y retournerons vite, sans aucunes hésitations.... Stéphane est un hôte attentionné et relax, qui fait tout pour vous mettre dans de bonnes conditions pour passer des vacances reposantes. L'appartement, à la décoration moderne en rez-de-jardin de la maison du propriétaire, est 100% conforme à l'annonce. Très belle salle-de-bains, petite cuisine (sans lave-vaisselle), clim efficace et silencieuse, beaucoup d'espace pour 2\. La plage et la mer cristalline sont à 150m, de même que 2 restaurants et bars de plage très sympas. Vous êtes directement sur la route des Sanguinaires, à 5' d'Ajaccio. Nous avons partagé avec Stéphane 2 points d'amélioration potentielle, le couchage (canapé KZ) et l'isolation phonique entre la maison et l'appartement. Je reviens d'un merveilleux séjour à Barbicaja. Le logement : Il s'agit d'un rez de villa avec jardin privatif. Le studio est parfaitement agencé, propre et bien entretenu ! Il n'y a rien à dire. Parfait pour un couple. Les propriétaires ont été top du début à la fin tout en restant discret. Vous ne serez pas déçu ! Situation : La situation est, elle aussi, idéal. Il se situe à 2 min à pied de la plage, des paillotes et restaurants. Nous avions loué un scooter pour pouvoir se rendre aux alentours : Ajaccio est à 10 minutes, la belle plage de Capo di Feno à 15 min environ...mais sinon tout est accessible à pieds. Stéphane est là pour nous conseiller en cas de besoin. Studio très agréable, fonctionnel, bien placé, avec une boulangerie et un superette à 2 pas. La plage est vraiment à proximité. L accueil est très pro et sympa en même temps , amicale , avec un suivit discret , et toujours a l écoute . Idéal pour un couple . La terrasse bien orientée , permet de petit déjeuné , et prendre tous le repas a l extérieur , face a la mer , et dos au montagnes , dans un jardin privé , que du bonheur . Facilité d approvisionnement dans les environs proche . Et que dire de la plage a 50 m de la terrasse , superbe en sable fin . Des propriétaires accueillants et prévenants (boissons fraîches à l'arrivée....) les amateurs de baignade pourront se faire plaisir avec la magnifique plage de Barbicaja à moins de 100 mètres de la location. Nous avons passé 2 semaines hyper agréables dans cette location située au calme à 100 mètres à peine de la plage. Sur la route des Sanguinaires, à quelques minutes du centre d'Ajaccio, où nous aimons beaucoup nous balader, nous avons passé un excellent séjour très reposant. Le studio est bien équipé, d'une propreté exemplaire, le jardin est bien entretenu, tout est réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Les photos de l'annonce sont le reflet parfait de la réalité. Le logement est très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles bien que respectant l'intimité des locataires et encore merci pour l'organisation de l'accueil...En un mot : parfait !
