Gravelled terrace. Private outdoor space 300 m². Located in a residential area, this cottage allows you to walk to the beach of the lake (about half an hour), to take the bus to reach the city center (bus stop 300 m) or to radiate by car to visit the region. A successful renovation with beautiful beams and exposed stone walls, combining modernity and the character of an old bourgeois house.
