The room we were given is like a motel, located on the first floor and people walk through our only window frequently, not very good privacy. The good thing about this hotel is that it has parking (paid) in the facility. Aix old town is very little parking option, making this hotel a good choice.

The desk clerk, Tristan, was extremely helpful with everything—he helped me with parking my car (the driveway is steep) coming & going, and he directed me to a hair salon (I needed a trim). A pleasant, thoughtful young man.

One night place, not few days.
it's a one night stay hotel. No hot water on a morning. No vent on toilet. For the parking you have to leave the car keys as the parking is so small to remove a car they have to move few. The only good thing is in 5 mn from center.

Small comfortable room on back side, off street location. Very quiet. Hotel location just outside of heavy tourist, pedestrian area. On-site and off-site parking.

We have enjoyed our room with nice balcony! It was very clean and comfortable. People are very nice and accomodating. We only wish for breakfast to be little better . Very convenient location! We definitely would stay there again.

Good location, right in the centre with a large public car park nearby (20EUR for 24hrs). I thought the hotel looked less dated than the pictures which is good! Overall, thought it was good value for money compared to other available options in Aix en Provence

Nightmare - avoid at all costs
Beware, avoid at all costs! Completely dishonest. The room WAS NOT the same as on the photo. It WAS NOT even in the same building. It was advertised as quiet but it was EXTREMELY NOISY as it was on the side of the main boulevard and not soundproofed. There is NO mention or images of these rooms. They dismissed all of my concerns, refused to refund me, kept saying that rooms were subject to availability and there is nothing they can do even though they sold me a room that was no longer available. In the end, I did not stay in the hotel nor received a refund.

Dear Mrs Teodora, We are sorry you didn't like the room. As we already explained you, the room that you were planned to have was in compliance with the category of room you booked. On the confirmation letter you received, it is written that the room could be or in the patio or on the street side. Unfortunately, when you booked, all the rooms with the patio side were already fully booked. This happen some times when reservation are made for the same day. All our windows are equipped with double glazing, soundproof is well existing. We cannot proceed to a refund we it is the guest choice to leave the hotel. We just applied the sales conditions. Seemed recently updated, could have used a bit more decoration/ personalization. Allowed us to leave our bags in the main building since we arrived before check-in. Provided us with a map and guidance of the area. The shower half-door was odd, and made the bathroom get wet very easily. Not a fan of the physical key with the name and room number of the hotel attached to it, seems like a potential security issue in the case of key loss or theft. Other than those two small things, the hotel, staff, and city were wonderful!

This hotel is just on the edge of the pedestrian area in Aix en Provence, we loved the proximity to everything! Also easy access to Cezanne’s studio with a bus just a block away. The outdoor balcony was lovely!

Great location and very helpful to have underground car park. Good breakfast. Room quiet but rather tired, the bathroom definitely needs renovating- the tiles were mouldy, the shower over the bath was very difficult to operate and the temperature impossible to control. There was no plug in the bath. The separate toilet was difficult to flush.
