"Room was decent & staff was nice. Breakfast was standard & everything was good. Have stayed before & would stay again if in the area. The room just seemed like it was still in last stage renovations. Exposed wall by a/c unit & tiles fell in the bathroom after my shower!"

"Our room was not cleaned between nights. But the time we got back to the room, I was ready for bed and did not call but….why wasn’t it cleaned. Breakfast items were out and not replenished despite another hour before they closed. Two of three toilets in the lobby restroom did not get flushed nor cleaned from the time we checked in (about 4:30 Saturday) to Monday morning when we left about 9. "

"Pros: The property itself is visually very nice and has a lot of potential. Cons: The lack of modernization is starting to show. My biggest concern was the lighting; many areas of the property are quite dark at night, which felt like a significant safety issue. Additionally, be prepared for a lot of stairs. If you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns, navigating the layout is difficult. Bottom Line: It’s a lovely setting, but it really needs an upgrade in terms of lighting and accessibility before I would consider returning."
