Only a 10 - 15 minute walk to lagoon and heart of Airlie including a bit of a hill on the way back. Everything was catered for perfectly, unlike some units where you have to go and purchase some things on arrival. The view is beautiful of Airlie and the mountains. The unit is a bit of a walk from the Main Street of Town but you can still hear the nightlife. I would say you might need a car when staying this far up the hill but of course depends on your love/level of fitness. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
