The Space: It sits proudly on one of the most coveted addresses on the Surf Coast - in the shadow of Split Point Light House and with breathtaking views of the Aireys Inlet and Fairhaven beach, across the waters to Lorne and the Painkalac Creek valley. The house is caressed by nature whilst being two minutes to amazing coffee, food, shops, and the beach. The property welcomes pets, encourages activities (kayaks on premises for use), has a beautiful fireplace and outdoor undercover dining area. So, gather some people you love, grab the dog and spend some time unravelling your body and slowing your mind in this luxe position. Linen is NOT included at this property. The property will have mattress protectors, pillows and doonas in covers on all beds. However, with a property in this price range bed linen, towels and tea towels should be included on weekend stays too. We had planned to use the Kayaks as advertised but they were filthy and without paddles. No ice cube trays or enough toilet paper for 3 nights. The coffee machine is pods so come prepared. Bring your own everything - hand towels, tea towels, bath matt, bed linen. Floors were not clean when we arrived.
