The studio apartment is stylish with a touch of class and simplicity purposely built for a couple and provides a fantastic retreat for 2\. It is located directly across the road from the Painkalac River so has great views of the valley and hills beyond from the bedroom/lounge and deck. More on offer than a motel suite with a reasonable price. It is just a short walk to the beach/lighthouse along the river with cafes, restaurants and the famous Airey's Pub located just around the corner. The perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday/weekend or a retreat on your Great Ocean Road tour. Stay for a night or relax for a week. (2 night min over a weekend unless last minute. Long weekends are 3 nights and Easter, Melbourne Cup and Peak summer are 4 night min.) House Rules Sorry no pets No parties or events May not be safe or suitable for children (0-12 years) Just a few general words about the property. It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment.
