"The staff who met us by our car, after easily entering the lot to park, was professional and informative and even joyful. The front desk arranged our dining. The restaurant and bar were lovely. We won’t bother considering other accommodations in Biarritz in the future!"

"I was lucky enough to get a room with an ocean view. While it isn't the newest hotel, eating dinner while enjoying the sunset on the balcony and watching the surfers was unforgettable. It was also very nice to have a kitchen. "

"We were allocated room 127 which was close to the open atrium leading to reception and above the hotel's restaurant.
We could hear the dull thud of techno music from our room which is not what we paid for.
I went to reception to ask when it would cease and I was advised that it would "be soon".
At 10:00 pm, I wnt back to reception to say that I could still hear the music and was advised that it had been turned down but I advised the receptionist that I could still hear it from my room.
The receptionist allocated me a different room away from the noise. I did not need to move my luggage until I left the hotel the next day.
So although my initial experience was not good, the hotel did their best to rectify the issue as best they could.
So, I have awarded them 5 stars because the outcome was very satisfactory."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and couldn’t fault it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel was super , all based on the work of Jules Verne. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the wifi good. There were lots of nice touches like the provision of a glass carafe of water which could be refilled from the machine in reception so reducing single use plastic waste. The hotel offer an express breakfast for people like us who want to be away early. It’s within easy walking distance of the town. The parking is secure and you can reserve a parking space. If we ever found ourselves in Biarritz again, we would definitely stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. "
