It was the perfect space for our group of seven ladies: spacious, beautifully renovated and full of character. The roomy bedrooms and comfortable beds, along with plenty of bathrooms and nice spots to hang out, gave our group plenty of space to relax together. One of our favorite parts of the house was the outdoor area, where we spent a lot of time relaxing and catching up.The kitchen had all the basics we needed, including coffee, and having toilet paper, linens, and towels provided made things super easy. The location’s great—quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to restaurants and shops and a quick drive to other spots around town.Tim was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, due to a major storm the night before we arrived, the pool wasn’t usable during our visit. While that was a bit of a letdown, we know that these things happen with weather. Tim kept us well-informed and did everything he could to address the situation, which we really appreciated.Even though the pool was out of commission, we still had a really nice, laid-back stay and appreciated having a comfortable, well-kept place to be together. ##### Carrie S.
