The king suite was a FULL bed! The sleeper bed had NO MATTRESS, and was a fold out couch which was a semi padded wood frame as a bed. Unacceptable for any adult for sleeping. There was a small tv and no usb ports in the rooms or v In the clock/light bases. Clean and friendly staff was the saving grace here.

Property is older, the charging sockets were very loose and most did not hold the plugs. Breakfast was really poor so much so we decided to eat out every morning.

I would highly recommend staying here
I personally think this is the best hotel to stay at in Aiken it's always been very clean staff is fantastic there's not any loud people or music or trouble or anything like that at this hotel and every room has like a little kitchen in it with the dishwasher it's just really awesome place The housekeeping is really sweet and like I said the cleanliness is exceptional this is a really nice place

Updated rooms, clean and comfortable
I booked a room last minute for a softball tournament and wanted a hotel near the ball park. I was a little disappointed when I pulled into the hotel parking lot, it’s not quite what I imagined based on the photos online. However, the front desk staff were very friendly and the room was updated, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was good. It’s not the nicest place I’ve ever stayed, but it was a great room for the value. I would absolutely book here again if I visit Aiken again in the future.

Double Charged, Management Not Helpful
Hotel employee charged my card again at check in (over what I paid on hotels.com) by mistake & the hotel would not fix it. The employee made a mistake and swiped my card for the room charge , instead of charging hotels.com who I already paid. Management won’t be in until Monday and I was basically told to take it up with hotels.com. Hotels dot com didn’t make the mistake the hotel did there they should be the ones to fix it. Double charging people who are traveling and not immediately taking action to fix it is an issue. Now I have to wait who knows how long and be on the phone trying to fix their mistake. Not a good experience. Tub is also broken.

I love that this property was clean, and right across the street from Walmart. Full kitchen in my room which worked out perfectly. Easy options for breakfast. I loved my stay here. Anytime I need to come to Aiken this will be my hotel of choice.

We were assigned to a room that had not been serviced. Second room was dirty, clearly the carpet had not been vacuumed for weeks. Bathroom had orange mold on tiles and faucet handles and toilet had urine residue on the seat. Room was dusty and overall disappointing. I am shocked Marriot Bonvoy would allow this facility to relate to their brand. Would never consider staying here again.

We liked everything about the place!! The staff was friendly, the room was just right for us (2 older people), and breakfasts were fine. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Aiken area.

The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was nice for a quick hotel meal. My only issue is the parking. Most of the parking is in the back of the hotel and dark. I wasn't comfortable with the parking, but the hotel and staff were great.

My stay was nice & comfortable. The staff I encountered was polite/helpful. Check in was smooth. My room was nice, clean, and included a kitchen. I didn’t stay long, but I enjoyed the breakfast and it looked like the gym area was nice as well. There were construction upgrades going on, but nothing was disturbing or unkept. I really liked the weather board near the entrance! Hand-drawn, I believe, showing the weather for the week. The area has plenty of food and shopping options, but there are quick food options for purchase near check-in.

The whole experience was terrible. We did early check in upon arrival to the room. There were pubic hairs in the tub and toilet. We complained to the front desk, they send someone to reclean and soMehow the bathroom looked worse. Staff was unhelpful and the experience was unpleasant. Don’t recommend this place

3rd time staying in this hotel. Service has gone downhill. 1. Breakfast is not really breakfast. They used to have fresh eggs, bacon, etc, not it is just heated up food in plastic bags. 2. They ran out of blankets — what hotel runs out of blankets? I slept on “pull out” couch, which is one of those modern sofas that fold open into a sleeping mat. It is VERY uncomfortable.

We booked this property late at night (11:00 pm) after a bad experience at another rental. We arrived at the hotel 15 minutes later and was told our Expedia reservation did not come through. We were told to wait and sometimes reservations can take over an hour and a half. The front desk person told us to take a seat and he would keep checking. We were in the lobby area that was attached to the breakfast area. We were sitting at the chairs and roaches were crawling across the tables and on chairs in the lobby! This was in the same area as their breakfast! We contacted Expedia and cancelled our reservation and this took over 30 minutes to cancel. Hotel definitely needs pest control! Can't imagine how the rooms are if this is in the lobby/breakfast area are! Come on Marriott...shame!

Getting the room cleaned every third day because of covid is outdated now. There were some items that were missing in my room. Forks, and coffee. I had to go looking for these items. Without exception the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
