"I can't say enough about the Birdnest Inn. The pictures don't do it justice, it's even better in person. The Inn is beautifully decorated, our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Melinda has taken care of every detail. We had a wonderful wine and cheese happy hour with the other guests and breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay there again."

"Melinda, personally welcomed us to the Inn, and showed us her lovely home. As a former interior designer, her personal touches adorned the walls of all the house. Our room was just as described. Melinda had shared that the "king" room had already been reserved, so our cozy space had a smaller comfortable bed, just right for a couple. "It is a fitting place to stay in Aiken as it reflects the atmosphere of this horse training, golf, and traditional city. Somewhat hard to locate it was in excellent condition with a friendly and attentive staff and a dining room set on one of the putting greens. Comfortable bed, a good but not great breakfast and very reasonable price."

"Some people that checked in next door to me were extremely loud. After waking me up at 1am, I ended up contacting the front desk after an hour of listening to them blast rap music. The front desk immediately took care of it, and I was so grateful 😊 There was a mix up with my billing and my card but it was fixed. The place was very lovely, very clean, and accommodating. Would stay here again, and I am not the easiest to please."

"Well, I wasn’t able to check in my first night because the desk was unmanned so that was very annoying, And I had to get a hotel next-door at the Hampton, which was awful, but I able to check in the next day and was very pleased with the hotel."
