Ceiling fans, updated kitchen, and all living spaces, perfect for a monthly rental or visiting for an afternoon, you won't leave missing this cottage. Decorated and designed ! There are 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed and each with a full bath, The master also has a full separate shower, washer and dryer and walk in closet, Walk to Hitchcock Woods or the Historic Wilcox Hotel,Listen to the birds and smell the Wisteria, There is an additional family room with a day bed and trundle that leads to the back deck and to the completely fenced in back yard, where you can play a ton of yard games. Monthly and weekly rentals ~ 4 days minimum on weekends. back deck, large fenced in yard and BBQ grill. classic front southern porch for sitting, parking, Pets Welcome with some restrictions.
