Ideal choice also for winter escapes (skiing, mountain hiking, cave exploration) as the property is located within a 30mins driving distance from one of Greece's top ski resorts in Kalavryta and the famous Cave Lakes offering a unique experience.

Idyllic nature surroundings and walking distance to beach with crystal clear waters. There is a huge range of local taverns/restaurants serving great quality of healthy options as well as local fresh fish and meat produce. Supermarkets, local groceries, fish market and bakeries are situated within 5-10mins driving distance. The villa is located approximately 1hr 15mins from Athens in the direction towards Patras. Driving on the main national road from Athens to Patras, you take the first exit after Egio towards Selianitika. After 200m you reach to a crossroad where someone will be expecting you to escort you at the villa. Please call around 15mins before the exit to make sure someone is waiting for you there.
