A very comfortable and tastefully decorated space! This charming space features a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom and a private patio complete with a rejuvenating hot tub. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, a microwave and a two-burner cooktop (no oven), ideal for preparing simple meals. We also provide a starter supply of coffee and tea to kickstart your mornings. \*Driveway/Parking area is shared with 3 other units, no other space is shared \*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time (including infants and children), must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 3\. \*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units on the property. \* Early checkin and Late check out must be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time We live just a short drive away and are readily available to assist you throughout your stay. We are always quick to respond via the message function on the booking platform. We are located 8 minutes from Oakhurst with all of its restaurants and amenities. We are more than happy to help you with any questions or suggestions for activities in the local area. We are avid travelers and love to share our area with others. We have an extensive binder in the suite with information on local attractions including Yosemite. You will need a car to get around. If you want to go into Yosemite via bus you can look into the YARTS bus from one of the nearby stops. Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations. Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed. The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees. Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June. Pack-n-play must be requested in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control, etc.) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time. The pictures provided are not representative of the current condition of the hot tub, however it functioned enough to ease our muscles after strenuous days of hiking in Yosemite. The owners were communicative and responded to questions quickly. The room was large for two, clean and had all of the items we needed. The property grounds don't offer much beyond the rooms, but since you are close to some of the most beautiful scenery on the planet, it's best to get out anyway! Good shopping and restaurants nearby in Oakhurst, which is on the way to the Yosemite Southgate. We especially enjoyed Southgate Brewing for both beer and food. Definitely close to everything you might need, it's just a few miles down the road. The Owl Suite was amazing and perfect for 2 to 3 people and I even got a chance to enjoy the hottub. The place was spacious and clean. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Parking was easy and the place was close to town if we needed anything. It was about an hour drive to the park.
