This cozy guest suite offers a comfortable studio layout with a full bathroom and a private patio featuring a relaxing hot tub. The studio is designed for comfort and convenience. The kitchenette includes a microwave and a two-burner cook plate (no oven), perfect for preparing simple meals. We provide complimentary starter coffee and tea to help you settle in. \*Driveway/Parking area is shared with another unit, no other space is shared \*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time (including infants and children), must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 2\. \*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units in the property. \* Early check-in and late check-out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time We ask that you download the Airbnb App and message us for anything you need. We live on the property and are available in person if there are any urgent issues. Nestled on 35 acres, our property offers unparalleled peace and quiet, bordering BLM land with few neighbors. Embrace the tranquility of nature while still enjoying easy access to local conveniences and dining options. Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations. Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed. The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees. Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June. Pack-n-play must be requested in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control, etc.) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time. The atmosphere was very peaceful and homey. My recommendations would be more towels provided. There was a set of two per person, which, if you set aside one set for after the hot tub use, you are down to one, which after daily hikes outside, is not the best for a stay greater than 3 days. My other thought was for better signage to find the unit. It is a sharp right and down hill from the primary residence, which can be hard to see from the driveway leading in.
