### Holiday Home 'Ferienholzhaus Füßmann' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Enjoy this lovingly furnished vacation home with its own property, in a quiet secluded location with sauna and fireplace.  
  
  
  
The 190 square meters of living space spread over three floors offers enough space for up to 8 people + 1 small child. The house stands on a very well-kept garden plot of approx. 1000 square meters, surrounded by old oak trees, on the outskirts of Christanz, the municipality of Ahorntal.  
  
  
  
The spacious room layout in the living room with conservatory presents itself generously. The conservatory protects you from wind and rain and allows plenty of light into the living room, which is rounded off with a cozy living area, swiveling flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove.  
  
The living room, a second dining area, the new, modern kitchen, as well as 2 showers and 1 WC are located on the E.G. The 4 bedrooms, each with 2 beds and 1 WC, are located on the O.G.  
  
  
  
The sauna with steam shower, a further WC, the large multi-purpose room with fireplace, flat-screen TV and small kitchenette, serves as a relaxation room, cellar bar and playroom and is located on the lower floor.  
  
The south-facing terrace and the large garden invite you to have breakfast, relax and sunbathe.  
  
  
  
The sauna is available on request and at an extra charge. Please let the host know in advance if you would like to use the sauna. The surcharge is then payable on site.  
  
  
  
We would like to point out that the celebration of events, especially stag and hen parties, is not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.

Pros: Das Holzblockferienhaus Simone ist ein sehr gepflegte Holzhaus, wo es einem an nichts fehlt. Man findet vor Ort alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage und die Aussicht runden das schöne Gesamtpaket noch ab. Der Holzofen und die Sauna sorgen für gemütliche Wärme. Wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Die Ausstattung innen wie außen ist hervorragend, alles sehr sauber und durchdacht. Ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub (3 Generationen), mit Ausflügen in die fränkische Schweiz sowie Erholung und Spaß im großen Garten!

Pros: Das sehr gepflegte Holzhaus ist für 8 Personen gut geeignet und großzügig ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage und die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Essplatz im Wintergarten kann man auch an Tagen mit weniger gutem Wetter sehr genießen. Der Holzofen spendet an kühlen Abenden eine gemütliche Wärme. Insgesamt ist das Haus daher sehr empfehlenswert.

Pros: Das Haus ist nicht billig, aber ein Traum! Es ist komplett hochwertig ausgestattet, hat einen grossen Garten und einen traumhaften Blick von der Terrasse bis weit in die Landschaft. Wir haben es genossen zu grillen und Lagerfeuer zu machen. Auch das es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt ist sehr entspannend. Die Sauna haben wir auch genutzt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in 15 Minuten Pottenstein und fast alle anderen möglichen Aktivitäten wie Kanufahren, Schwimmbad, Wandergebiete usw.. Wir können es nur empfehlen.
