The internet connection was non existent and the staff had no idea about how to resolve these issues. None of my issues were dealt with and access to any manager was impossible. There weren’t any no smoking rooms available,therefore my bedroom smelt heavily of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant. No emergency lighting was available when the electricity cut off and I had to make my way downstairs in the dark,so quite dangerous. Swimming pool is closed since many months. Hot water for bath comes only in mornin that too frm 7:30 -10am.
