No television was available and despite complaining again this wasn’t sorted and no explanations were given. The complimentary water bottle was a used one ,open. None of my issues were dealt with and access to any manager was impossible. There weren’t any no smoking rooms available,therefore my bedroom smelt heavily of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant. No emergency lighting was available when the electricity cut off and I had to make my way downstairs in the dark,so quite dangerous.
