Gated fence, ac and very clean. The location was perfect for us as a couple to come and go up and down the coast of Beautiful Puerto Rico! Included were a few beach towels, two beach chairs and a cooler, Coffee station along with basic kitchen items for our stay! We made breakfast each morning and drove a few minutes to Crash Boat, Jobos beach and Rincón. Short drive to shops and downtown for dinner!
