Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre beaucoup plus grande qui venait d’être refaite. Petit déjeuner moyen pas trop de choix. Personnel très gentil.

C'est un excellent hôtel. Le personnel est très professionnel. Les restaurants, la vue sur se toit (sky deck avec bar et resto). Bon rapport qualité-prix pour un 5 étoiles.

Bon hôtel au calme pour visiter le Taj
Hôtel plutôt calme si on est du coté piscine et si il n'y a pas une réception, ce que j'ai eu avant 22h. Sinon la piscine est très tranquille sans l'ombre d'une âme, ce qui est très agréable, la chambre n'a rien d'incroyable, mais on n'en demande pas plus. Pas trop loin du Taj, le but de cet hôtel avant toute chose.

très bon service
d'aspect extérieur l'hôtel dénote beaucoup de laisser aller y compris la piscine , à l'intérieur en revanche tout est en très bon état, au moment de la démonétisation de plusieurs billets et de la pagaille monstre qui régnait le personnel s'est montré très attentif et serviable en achetant même des billets de bus pour nous avant de se les faire rembourser par l'hôtel

Cet hôtel très confortable est un havre de paix et de calme au sein de la ville bruyante et trépidante d'Agra.

Excellent séjour au Gateway Hotel !
Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel, qui se situe à proximité directe du Taj Mahal et de l'Agra Fort. Cet établissement est un have de paix, lorsque l'on sort du tumulte indien... Je le recommande pour la chambre (joliment décorée, spacieuse et une excellente literie), le calme de l'hôtel, le service de haute qualité du personnel (toujours disponible pour vous) et la proximité avec les sites touristiques environnants.

Hôtel des années 70 80. Vieillissant comme on aime . Admirablement bien tenu . Un personnel extrêmement agréable . Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus (nous venions du shangri Lah de Delhi aux petits déjeuners somptueux ). Nous avions pris une chambre avec vue sur le Taj Majal Nous n'avons pas été déçus Nous ne regrettons pas nos trois nuits

Chambre avec vue!
Chambre avec une vue sur le Taj Mahal, c'est un incontournable! L'hôtel lui même est conforme à un 4*.La piscine est vraiment sympa, belle vue du roof top. Très bon restaurant avec un chef qui fait visiter ses cuisines et n'hésite pas à expliquer la cuisine indienne en proposant ses recettes!

Hotel agreable et bien positionne a Agra. Seul bmol sur la literie qui devrait etre change, car peu confortable. Le personnel est tres accueillant et sympathique. Les restaurants de l'hotel sont tres bien.

Fantastic staff - really proactive and pleasant. Good value although food and drink expensive. On a busy road - go for a pool view which are lovely- so didn’t particularly enjoy walking out in the evening but didn’t try the other direction which may be better. Good views of Taj from rooftop.

Great place to stay. Welcoming staff, clean and nice rooms too. We had a room with the view of the Taj which was lovely. Breakfast was very busy because they had a corporate event. The food was ok.

The property was nice. In the roof is a cafe where you can see the Taj. The breakfast buffet was large and had good variety. They also had some vendors in the lobby whose prices were reasonable. The pool is clean. It was not heated. In the evening, the mosquitoes come out. We went to dinner across the street which was very convenient. I would recommend

Beautiful, clean hotel. Staff was amazing, food was delicious. We had great massages at the spa. Anil, one of the waitstaff at breakfast was so friendly and informative- we loved him. The rooms had Netflix which was nice, great ac and hot showers. A nice touch was these cords from the outlet that worked perfect to charger my kindle as I lost my charger somewhere in travel. We also LOVED the very friendly, very clean hotel dogs. It was a fabulous stay and so far the highlight of our trip.

Gorgeous hotel! Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and lovely. The grounds are beautiful - we enjoyed reading by the pool. The staff is also lovely, very helpful and friendly. The only complaint is that the restaurant prices (for all restaurants) are ridiculous. Around 700-1000 rupees per person (!). We left the hotel for most meals as a result (lots of great options nearby).

This is a typical 5 start property. I have stayed in several 5 star hotels in Las Vegas this year. This property was giving the same 5 star feeling/comfort. However, a few drawbacks have been noticed: * the size of the room is a bit small, but matching the description. * air conditioner sometimes brings back stinky air. To me, it smell like the air filtering system is not fully/properly insulated from the outside air.
