Nice hotel, with accommodating staff. But Agra itself leaves a lot to be desired, go for the Taj Mahal and get out as soon as possible
Stafts are very nice, Room is clean and the hotel location is in town near cafe and gift shop.
THEY BOUNCED EXPEDIA BOOKING AND SHIFTED IN ANOTHER HOTEL FOR TWO NIGHTS. ONE NIGHT AGAIN RESHUFFLED BACK TO STERLING HOTEL. EXPEDIA RESERVATION WHICH WAS FULLY PAID IS NOT HONORED. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Ok hotel needs upgrade on bathrooms etc staff try to help but English poor mainly. Reasonable location for visitors. Have to bargain with travel desk re transport costs
