"Lovely hotel with friendly staff."

"Wonderful stay, couldn't fault the food, drink and service. Probably the best hotel in Kos. Rooms were really comfortable, but feel a bit misled, as the junior suite is smaller than most standard rooms and view was not as described (no pool or garden view, only rooftop). Initially felt very let down and wanted to change hotel, but glad we stayed and in the end we didn't spend much time in the room. The staff were amazing and made it really enjoyable stay for us."

"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! Food was not superb except for the Golden Sun Restaurant which you must reserve and can go only once a week. The service in general was one of the worst we had all these years of travelling experiences apart for 5 waiters who were very nice & friendly but the receptionists were not nice to us at all. The beach area was not properly cleaned everyday. Also the entertainment at night we could hear very loudly in our room and every single days they were playing the same songs till they had their “different” kind of show. Not ideal for a couple holiday! Also not everything is part of All inclusive, some of the drinks for example Aperol Spritz and others you had to pay at least 11 Euros per drink… This hotel is not reccomended for physically challenged people as there are many stairs & hills to climb, you have to walk a lot to go to the beach/ pools and restaurants. Most of the TV channels weren't working at all as the Satellite signals were very poor and also we had Power Outage in our room at least Twice a day! "

"We were upgraded to a suite with a pool and the room was excellent. Yoga on the beach every morning was a great addition and the teacher was excellent! We had a lovely stay and enjoyed all the evening activities including the cinema night and star gazing. The food was great and we can’t wait to come back! "

"Property perfectly sited in heart of Mastichari. Welcome at airport by Michael and son. No criticism whatsoever as they made us feel welcome. Problem is with the local authorities who for many years have allowed the area around the pier to smell strongly of raw sewage. I feel very sorry for owners such as Michael who, try their best but seem to be hampered by a local authority who do not care."

"Fabulous hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, air conditioned and lovely with a nice balcony, mini fridge, comfy beds and a great bathroom. The hotel breakfast was a big buffet with hot cooked breakfast including bacon, sausage and eggs and cold cuts and cheese as well as honey, yogurts, jam, spreads etc and a freshly made fried egg and pancake station. The hotel pool was very spacious with lots of sunbeds although there was the usual scrum and the beach is right on the hotel with white sand and turquoise blue sea. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating and lovely and explained everything clearly and provided a fab service. The hotel is also brilliantly located with a little shop just over the road and the town of Mastichari only a 15 minute coastal path walk away which had a big supermarket and lots of small shops bars and restaurants. The hotel also had options for excursions such as a daily bus to Kos town which was only €10 return. We had a really relaxing stay and would come back again!"
