This contemporary stone-built retreat seamlessly combines modern design with serene surroundings, making it an ideal escape for a relaxing Cretan getaway.The first floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation, featuring four spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony access offering mesmerizing sea views. A cosy sitting area on this floor provides an intimate space to unwind.On the ground floor, the villa seamlessly blends comfort and elegance with a large sitting area and dining space, both showcasing panoramic views of the sea. The fully equipped kitchen caters to culinary enthusiasts, while an office and home cinema provide functional and entertainment spaces. A fifth bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and sea view, is also located on this level.Descending to the lower ground floor, guests will find five additional bedrooms, all featuring ensuite bathrooms. Three of these rooms boast king-size beds and garden access with stunning sea views, while the remaining two offer queen-size beds for added flexibility. The Villa is located near Plaka, a picturesque coastal village located in northeastern Crete, Greece, near the town of Elounda. Known for its stunning sea views and traditional charm, Plaka sits opposite the small island of Spinalonga, which has a rich history as a former Venetian fortress and leper colony. The village is a popular destination for visitors seeking a quieter, more authentic experience compared to the busier tourist hubs of Crete.  
  
Plaka retains much of its traditional Cretan character, with stone-built houses, narrow streets, and a laid-back atmosphere. Despite its small size, it offers a selection of tavernas, cafes, and boutique accommodations that cater to travellers looking to enjoy fresh seafood, local delicacies, and hospitality by the sea.
