Air-conditioned villa for 2 people located Residence Cap Sauvage. Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker...), shower room with wc. Terrace. Upstairs, on the mezzanine : a bed for 2 poeple 140 cm + bedroom : a bed for 2 people 160cm + bedroom : a bed 1 person 90 cm . Private car park No. 18\. Privileged access to the swimming pool at the nearby Eve Hotel (subject to availability).  
  
Tourist tax to be paid maximum 6.62 euros / day / adult person. Administration fee : 29 euros (except Poplidays customers). Beds made and towels provided. Departure cleaning included. Arrival from 5 \[hidden\] to 7 \[hidden\] you have 24 hours to notify us of any dysfunction. Departure before 11 : 00\. Optional breakfast 19 euros. Insurance : from 3 nights, please send us your Civil Responsability certificate, otherwise the insurance costs 24 euros (except Poplidays customers).
