Air-conditioned Studio for 2/4 people, situated at Heliopolis entrance AB, second floor with lift. Nice sea view. Large studio with 2 beds 160 cm. Kitchen area with fridge, kettle, micro-wave and coffee maker. 1 shower and bathroom open in living room. 2 separate wc. Large Terrace (12m²). Parking n° 150 and n°176\.   
  
Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 6.62 euros per day; per adult. Beds made and towels provided. Departure cleaning included. Arrival from 5 \[hidden\] to 7 \[hidden\], you have 24 hours to notify us of any dysfunction. Departure before 11:00\. Optional breakfast 18 euros. Insurance: from 3 nights, please send us your Civil Responsability certificate, otherwise the insurance costs 24 euros.
