This apartment T2 cabin very well maintained and renovated 28m2 located on the 2nd and last floor with its terrace of 8m2 facing South sea view.  
  
Private parking space in the residence n° 227.  
  
Ideal for 5 people, with a family close to everything.  
Composed of a living room with a sofa bed, communicating equipped kitchen (1 refrigerator, (2019), 3 induction burners, 1 electric stove, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker with filter, 1 Krups coffee maker, 1 dishwasher, 1 washing machine).  
  
The apartment has a TV in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom.   
  
You will find a 140 cm bed and a bay window opening onto the terrace.  
  
The cabin is equipped with a 90 cm bed.  
  
Tv (French channels only).  
  
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning kits.  
  
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 € per day or 40 € per week.  
  
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary.  
Rental price: 15 € per bed for sheets.  
For towels: 10€ per person.
