### Les 3 Ondes - Avec terrasse

Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this charming 47 m² flat for rent in Agde, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed ...  
\- A fully-equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with bath  
\- Separate WC  
  
Outside area :  
\- A shared swimming pool (10m x 6m), unheated, open from 15 June to 15 September.  
\- An 8 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

\- Thau lake  
\- Canal du Midi walks   
\- Sète is 30 minutes by car, Béziers 20 minutes by car and Montpellier 45 minutes.
