Nearby attractions: La Grande Roue 750 m, Casino 1.1 km.  
2-room maisonette 35 m2 on 5th floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine).
