Your sea-view apartment, with an area of 32 m² for 6 people, consists of:

\- Large equipped balcony with open view;  
\- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker, Kettle, dishes/cutlery, and kitchen utensils);  
\- 1 Bedroom: 2 single beds (2x1 person, 90x190);  
\- 1 Bedroom: 1 double bed (1x2 person, 140x190);  
\- A bathroom with shower, towel rack, and separate toilet;  
\- No Wi-Fi access;  
\- Individual heating;  
\-The accommodation is equipped with Spreader, blankets and pillows;  
\- Free private outdoor parking (residence) with designated space No. 46;  
\- Outdoor swimming pool in the residence.  
  
The "Le Primavera" residence is ideally located:  
  
\- 300 meters from Richelieu Beach  
\- 500 meters from the supermarket  
\- 500 meters from shops and restaurants  
\- 1 km from the port  
  
Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost:
