Pool opening date: June 1st to September 30th, 2025 In a quiet pine forest, close to La Roquille Beach (a 15-minute walk), its restaurants, beach huts, and shopping center (tobacco shop, bakery, deli, mini-market, market gardener). Close to the port center and its shops. A stone's throw from the agency. Semi-detached villa of 31m², air-conditioned, for 4 people located on the ground floor. East-facing, overlooking the pine trees with a 15m² terrace and garden. Private parking space #54. This fully renovated and air-conditioned villa (built in 2025) offers a large living room with a new and comfortable sofa, TV, dining area with a table and chairs, and an open, fully equipped kitchen (2 electric burners, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, and toaster). A bedroom with a 140cm double bed and storage, a sleeping alcove with bunk beds (2x90cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. A large sunny terrace, equipped with an electric awning, a table, 6 chairs, and an electric grill. Sheets, towels, and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary. Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets. Towels: €10 per person. Baby crib rental: €15 per week. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi.
