Located directly next to the Mediterranean beaches, the Canal du Midi, and the Hérault River, "Les Jardins de Batipaume" offers a privileged living environment.  
About ten minutes by bike from the beaches of Agde and all the shops, the estate is the ideal starting point for your holiday adventures. Summer and winter, Agde, in the Hérault region of Occitanie, is at the heart of one of Europe's largest tourist areas and offers all the activities needed to recharge your batteries, relax, and enjoy the Occitan way of life with your family.  
  
Les Jardins de Batipaume is a brand new site. Not all plots have been sold. The shared outdoor pool is accessible.  
  
Description: 56m² chalet + 35m² terrace  
1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm)  
1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm)  
1 bedroom with three single beds (80x190cm) including one bunk bed and one trundle bed  
Duvets and square pillows provided.  
Linens not provided - Sheets and towels can be rented (by reservation only and subject to availability - at an additional cost)  
Air conditioning in the living area and bioclimatic shutters.  
1 living room equipped with a non-convertible sofa, dining table, and television (standard channels except Channel 5 and Channel 7). Wi-Fi (as soon as fiber optics is installed).  
1 fitted and equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, NESPRESSO coffee maker, microwave, kettle, and toaster.  
2 bathrooms, one with a toilet  
1 separate toilet  
1 covered terrace (side awning and bioclimatic pergola) with Garden furniture and deckchairs  
Vacuum cleaner  
Reserved space for the chalet at the park entrance, but not on the grounds.  
  
Cleaning must be done by the tenant upon departure OR a cleaning service can be provided by a cleaning company for €85 (tenant's responsibility).  
  
Deposit and tourist taxes must be paid in advance via a secure link.
