My wife and I really liked everything about this Hotel. The location by the sea gives one of the very best sea views anywhere in the world from every bedroom. ALL the staff are top rated and go out of of their way to help.Nothing negative to say about anything !

The property is nice but could be better. Upon arrival we asked for a sea view room and were charged €65 extra per night. ALL ROOMS AT THE HOTEL ARE SEA VIEW. The hotel is facing the sea. The sea is viewed throughout the hotel. And we were charged extra for that. MISLEADING. The cleanliness is a bit let down. Our room had a MAJOR problem with mould which triggered my allergies and I suffered during my whole stay with a blocked nose and itchiness in my throat and ear and as a result I spent three nights with no sleep. The bed rest stinks and the washing machine in the room is disgusting and smelly. The staff at the hotel IS BRILLIANT and they make the difference to our stay. Everyone is super sweet and kind and they go extra mile to make us happy.

Stayed 9 nights and could have stayed longer. A wonderful welcome from reception on arrival - thank you Mario. Enjoyed a one bedroom suite w sea view on the 6th floor. Breakfast is great, lots to choose, staff incredibly welcoming, friendly and efficient. The heated salt water pool is fabulous. Lots of chaises in September. Complimentary self parking, good wi fi signal, convenient Spar located in hotel. Hotel is quiet. Would definitely return.

We had wonderful time at the resort. Booked for 4 nights only but wanted to extend further :-) The bar was set high by the Taj Malabar resort (Kerala, India) but Radisson Blu Resort only raised it higher :-). Kudos to Radisson Blu Resort, Gran Canaria's team! Especially to the team at House keeping and everyone at La Canaria Restaurant for amazing breakfast options, despite being vegetarians we had load of choices. But the best was beautiful smiles and amazing service. My son was not eating in the Restaurant, so staff was kind enough to pack the food for him. Despite being so busy, hotel was extremely clean. Ample of car parking. Very well kept swimming pools. Our room was amazing with panoramic views of the ocean and beaches on left and right ! Option of 2 beautiful beaches and very convenient to drive around major attractions. Will be coming back again !!

Lovely staff - all of them. Very good structure. Very family friendly. Very good sized and furnished rooms. Just would recommend improving the menu on the restaurants during the day and at night. Would return there for sure. The location is not the best but worth staying there.

An excellent stay at Radisson!
Our stay at Radisson was excellent! We even received an upgrade based on our Gold membership with Hotels.com. The gentlemen at reception were extremely nice and helpful and I have only praise words about their services. The hotel has anything you need and we didn’t even want to leave its premises all week! We only left a few evenings for dinner our. The location is excellent too you have 3 beaches in walking distance and 3 swimming pools. The views of the ocean are absolutely stunning! Book your room quickly! You won't regret it!

My partner and i absolutely loved our stay at radisson blu - i took him away for his 18th birthday and it was just amazing the pool was lovely, the food was great, people were lovely. it was amazing weather and the beach is right next to the hotel which made the views stunning and a very easy walk to go for a swim. thank you radisson blu can’t wait to stay with you again!!

This is a superb hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Las Palmas but an easy bus ride away. The staff were kind and helpful ( single lady with limited Spanish), they couldn’t do enough for you. My room was outstanding and the view, well let’s just say, it hadn’t been photoshopped on the website! What you see on that website is what you get with the added bonus of the sound of the waves. Everyone seemed very content which makes for a relaxing atmosphere which is exactly what I wanted from this holiday. I will definitely be returning.

Nothing like it used to be!!
Hotel is nothing like it was three years ago! It’s dirty including the rooms/hair/grime/just dirty. The service isn’t great, and the food is shocking! Restaurant doesn’t open till 7pm! So you cannot have a decent meal till then! Baby was poorly after going in the pool, and to be honest we never seen them testing or cleaning it. Would never go back, funny actually as on checkout they never even ask how was your stay, so guessing they are aware the hotel has gone down hill. Also the area has turned into a bit of a party town so if your looking for quite and relaxed it’s not the place. Oh and if you smoke don’t bother, you are only aloud to stand next to the one designated smoking area! And no seating!!!

Quiet, peaceful, pleasant pool area. Clean, superb and courteous staff. Full breakfast buffet outdoors (under an umbrella if desired) by the palm trees, ocean, and pool. All rooms face the Atlantic Ocean with balconies. Close to nearby shopping and restaurants in Puerto Rico (which also has a nice sandy beach). A short walk (3-5 minutes) to nearby hotels and a clean light brown sandy Anfi Beach with additional many shopping and dining options.

This is an enormous resort, but it handled the volume of people well. Two huge outdoor pools and two beaches right next to the hotel on either side. Several good restaurants on both sides of the hotel as well. We especially enjoyed the Chamoriscan Grill Beer Garden, located a few minutes walk outside the east walkway (Patalavaca Beach side). We ate there twice!

Enjoyable stay, lovely staff, not true 5*
Staff excellent, always smiling. Enjoyable stay after initial disappointment with slightly tired room, no upgrade (our 30th wedding anniversary). All rooms have beautiful sea views. Premium rooms have jacuzzi on balcony, worth the extra cost. Good breakfast (lovely staff & egg station chef). Spa closed during our stay, which was disappointing. Buffet dinners variable, some nights excellent choices, others not so good. We had the buffet for 4 nights for convenience, dined elsewhere other nights. The hotel needs live entertainment each evening, which all other large hotels nearby seem to offer. The current, short (variable quality) session of live music in the main restaurant during the buffet dinner would be hugely improved by providing better entertainment, and increase revenues through added sales of drinks from a pretty captive audience. Even the sister Radisson Blu at Mogan has a daily entertainment schedule (that’s pretty popular). Other 5* hotels in Maspalomas / Meloneras offer nightly entertainment. Very nice pool area, plenty of sun beds - albeit not cushioned, so pretty uncomfortable. Pools spotlessly clean. A few restaurants within walking distance, although definitely worthwhile driving / taking a cab about 15 minutes to Meloneras, where there is much more choice (and some excellent places to eat and drink) with a great atmosphere on the seafront boardwalk. Not a true 5* hotel compared to elsewhere - but still a very pleasant stay.

A Great Hotel, loved it!
We stayed here as my wife was competing in the Challenge Gran Canaria triathlon in Anfi. It was beautifully positioned on the seafront a short walk into the centre of the resort. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The accommodation was superb, with a balcony overlooking the pools and sea. The food in the buffet was excellent. We loved it and will definitely be going back.
