### Beautiful city villa with private pool, garden, air conditioning, WIFI in the center v. Agadir

Beautiful villa in the center of Agadir consisting of 3 large bedrooms, 2 toilets a large kitchen, 1 bathroom (with two sinks and a shower) and a large living and dining area. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood (security service) in the heart of Agadir. The shops of the daily needs are only a few steps away from the house. The large beach of Agadir is only 5 min. By car.  
  
The house is decorated in the traditional Moroccan and European style.  
The plot size is 250 square meters, and the living space is about 180 square meters and is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is a large living room with dining area, living area with fireplace, TV area, guest WC and a large kitchen with microwave, oven and dishwasher.  
On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.  
1\. Room: double bed (160x200m), fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and balcony.  
2\. Room: two single beds (90x200m) closet and air conditioning.  
3\. Room: Two single beds (90x200m), wardrobe and air conditioning.  
The outdoor area consists of a terrace (with table, chairs and two sun loungers) and a beautiful sunny pool (about 4mx6m), which is well shielded from the neighboring houses and thus the privacy is ensured.  
Next to the pool is a small room with shower and washing machine.  
Garage is in the house and the garage door can be opened electrically with remote control.  
Towels and bed linen are provided.  
  
Since the house is in a familiar neighborhood, we rent only to families with or without children and to couples.
