"Excellent Hotel near Seneffe . Handy for main roads. Shopping centre / supermarket across the road to pick up forgotten things. Hotel is in very good condition and staff are very good. Excellent facilities. Sadly little chance to use them due to business being pressing."

"I was there to work at a hospital in La Louviere - cycled along the canal in most days in a mostly traffic free journey. Staff at the hotel were exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful in every area of the hotel - especially in reception. "

"Convenient and comfortable. However, since I previously extended my reservation for another 2 nights in the same room, staff checked me out and then checked me in for new reservation at 6:30 am. This resulted in my television being turned on … and it woke me up at 6:30 am. Staff didn’t seem very apologetic about doing this. I would expect them to know that TVs get turned on when they check in guests. I wasn’t amused by this error since I wasn’t able to get back to sleep. Handing me a free drink card was insulting. "
