"Absolutely wonderful. Guilana the hostess was so warm, friendly, and helpful. She greeted me with a cup of coffee and answered all my questions about the Aeolians and was there if i needed anything else. I booked the deluxe room and it was clean, light, airy and incredibly comfortable. The views from the room--and from the terraces--were a dream. Not to mention eating breakfast over looking the Med with Stromboli rising on the horizon. Breakfast consisted of breads, home made jams and...

"Terrific rooms, each with a large outdoor terrace. Very charming. Impressive service. I had to leave an hour before normal breakfast serving hours so the fine gentleman met me in the breakfast room at 630 am and served me a cappuccino and cake and fruit to get me on my way. I hope to come back and stay a week. Fabulous views. The Only downside: its a mile from the ferry terminal and the town center. A pleasant walk once you take a taxi with your bags."

"Incredibly charming and comfortable, and its situation in town is absolutely perfect. I adored the building, the room, the tiny street view, and the accessibility to everything. Anna the concierge/hostess at the hotel was lovely, friendly and so helpful. I miss being there! If there's just one tiny complaint, it's that the bed and pillows were kinda hard, but I got over it considering the rest of the beauty I was surrounded by."

"The room was extremely small- so small that every time I got out of bed I banged my leg either against the wall or the bed frame! The bed mattress was also extremely hard so hard I did not sleep. In addition, there was no hair conditioner nor body lotion in the bathroom."
