It is situated on a busy road and when arriving at the hotel can be a bit tricky to pull in a park if other vehicles there. Once there, the car is valet parked close by. We stayed out of season and there were no open restuarants close by but there are a few local shops. The hotel restaurant is good but expensive. Breakfast is good." The hotel is large and modern and tastefully decorated but does have a slight corperate feel to it. Plenty of parking at the hotel. It is a long way from the centre of Bodrum with no obvious local shops or restaurants. It can be difficult to get to as it up small streets off a busy dual carriage way and only easliy accesseible from one direction - downhill. The hotel restaurant is pleasent but very expensive." I inform the chek-in employee that it was problem for me, they should inform their customers before check in ; he replied "I will transfer your complain to management" that's all ! Other issue was extra bed they brought to room! it was not ready when we came to room and it was the oldest and worst extra bed ever. my son couldn't sleep there and we had to share the king bed 3 of us. And when I informed them of course the answer was "we will transfer your complain to management" Again no "sorry " the only star goes to the Italian restaurant in the hotel. it was amazing! but hotel it self was not even close to 5 stars except the location and building.
