Alcohol must be consumed mindfully and responsibly. No illicit substances are permitted on the property. PETS Pets are not permitted. BREAKAGES If you notice or create and breakages, please contact us immediately so we can address this. Accidents happen which we all understand, however, any breakages due to inappropriate behaviour will be billed to you. LATE CHECK OUT Our cleaners are on a busy schedule. If they arrive and you have not checked out there will be an additional charge of $100 per hour. IDENTIFICATION We require a copy of Government photo ID prior to arrival. We do not store or share your ID. Also a Check In Form is required to be completed. LOST KEYS If you lose the keys then you will be charged for replacement. If you lock yourself out of the property there is a $100 call out fee. A deposit of $150 is charged until keys, cards or remotes are returned. BBQ Please clean after use. Extra cleaning will be charged if required.
